This is my art work for this week.We have been sketching superheros(well I choose to do villains) and I choose to do harley quinn and posion ivy.I think that it looks alright but in thin i could do better.

Business and Enterprise Evaluation

        1.  Produce a product for sale

2.  Run a profitable business.

The ability to be a good entrepreneur.

The ability to work collaboratively.

I reckon that our group achieved all of the success criteria and here are reason whys:

We produced a product for sale because on the day we were actually selling things which meant that we did produce a product.

We ran a profitable business because we had to sell out to do it and that is what we did.

Business and Enterprise Reflection #5

In our business and Enterprise group we have just finished making all of our products.We have made around 15 bath bombs so we should be able to make a profit if we sell more then 6 of them which I think we are going to be able to do because of the demand we are getting while we were making this product as people were asking if we would save any for them. Tomorrow our group is going to make a big poster to put on our table that we have when we are selling them so people know where we are.

What we are learning:

To be successful in this you will need to  (Success Criteria):

        Show how you made the decision to make the product you chose to make.
        Promote your product.         

        Prepare a business plan (plan of action) and stick to this.
        Use the different skills of people in your company to produce your product.

        Evaluate your ideas and outcomes.

         2.  Run a profitable business.

To be successful in this you will need to:

         Stick to a given budget

         Keep track of your spending choices

         Keep financial records
         Adhere to your business plan

How I am going in my learning:I am progressing in my learning through trial and era while making my bath bombs.By changing the recipe around we figured out how to make them work.

What did I achieve Today: I achieved being able to make bath bombs that work and ended up making quite a few.

What do I need to work on tomorrow? I need to make more bath bomb mixture for the rest of my group to mold it into the shape.

What am I learning: I am learning to work well as a team with my group while having a successful business.

How have I achieved my learning?  I have achieved my learning goals today by making and working well in my team to finish some adverts for our business.

What are my next steps? My next steps are to finish the adverts and start making the product to sell.

Business & Enterprise Reflection 1

What am I learning: I am learning how to start a business from scratch by asking for loans & thinking of ideas such as slogans & logos.I am also learning how to be persuasive when writing my letters to ask for money so we have a better chance of actually getting the loan so we can move forward and start making our product.

How does todays work show my learning? It shows what I am learning by me having to be creative while making a logo for our business so it will be more attractive to costumers.

What is my next step? My next step is to finish the logo

Graduate Profile Goals 2017

Positive:

 I am punctual by being in the right place at the right time:

I am always on time and I really don't like it when I am late.I don't remember when i was last late to something because I always aim to be a little bit earlier.

I ask for help when I don't understand what to do:

I always ask for help as much I need because I don't like not being able to move forward in work because I like having it in time to a reasonably good standard each time and I am unable to do that if I sit there not knowing what to do.

Giving better feedback:

I think I could work on this as I can tend not to give valid answer and tend just to say that it is fine when giving feedback.I can work on this by thinking about the pros and cons of whatever I am giving feedback and suggest things that could help make it better instead of just giving one sentence answers.
